• Items must be exchanged/returned in their original condition with tags attached. Please ensure the product is unworn and unwashed.

• ⁠If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

• ⁠If after washing, our product color gets damaged or becomes fade, we will offer a return or exchange policy.

• ⁠To initiate an exchange/return, contact our customer service team for instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• ⁠Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• ⁠For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.
